Brings about uniformity in processes and procedures of prayers and
Yajna across all Arya Samaj in North America. Helps in developing
and recruiting qualifies Acharya for the various Arya Samaj in North
America.
Develops, Collates, publishes and distributes a periodic APSA
e-news, magazine for all subscribers in North America. Maintains a
current web page for APSA, and mass distribution list for
communication of any special info as needed for APSA.
Cultural
Acts as a source of Vedic literature. Publishes and distributes a
brochure on "What is Arya Samaj" for educating the public at large
about our institution. Coordinates review and distribution of
various Vedic books and literature to Arya Samaj in North America.
Public Relations
Creates and maintains a strong positive image of Arya Samaj and Arya Pratinidhi Sabha in North America and the rest of the world by networking with other religions, academic, political and public organizations.
Youth
Plans and co-ordinates youth activities (annual camp, web pages,
field trips..) across North America to create a strong network of
Arya Youth.
Community Services
Generates and provides funding, support and follow up for genuine projects for the needy in India and other countries. E.g. Jeevan Prabhat. Gandhidham.
Children & Education
Develops and maintains DAV Sanskrit School curriculums to bring about uniformity in standards of providing Naitik Shiksha and Hindi education to Hindu children and for conducting children Havan in North America.
Fund Raising
Plans and drives fund raising for the Arya Pratinidhi Sabha America
Yoga & Meditation
Develops approaches to incorporate Yoga and meditation in the Arya Samaj Satsang. Develops and delivers Yoga and meditation workshops and seminars for the various Arya Samaj in North America.
Arya Maha Sammelan
Plans, co-ordinates and executes Annual Arya Maha Sammelan programs with the help of other APSA committees.
Organizational, Planning &
Coordination
Organizes, plans and co-ordinates all activities of the APSA executive body, including periodic meetings and teleconferences. Monitors and supports the functioning of all other committees as required to achieve their objectives.
