Shri Girish Khosla Takes Vanprastha Diksha
Shri Girish
Khoslaji the grandfather of the children of Jeevan Prabhat took Vanprastha Diksha on the 14th of
January 2008. Shri Girish Khoslaji comes to Gandhidham
every year and stays for one month with the children of Jeevan
Prabhat. He now considers the children as a part of
his family and thus it was his heart’s desire to take this important step of
his life amidst the children. He says that Jeevan Prabhat is “My Dream Land”. The children also lovingly call
him “DADA” (grandfather).
The diksha ceremony was conducted by Shri
Akhilesh Arya and the diksha was given by Mata Jyotsnarani
Acharya the wife of late freedom fighter Shri Ramchandra Acharya. As it was Makarsankranti
the guests and the children flew kites the whole morning and then the diksha ceremony started at 4pm and continued till 7pm.
In order to make it
more user friendly and appealing we have redesigned our web site which was also
launched on this occasion. After the ceremony the children presented a cultural
programmee for their Dadaji
and the visiting dignitaries.
People came from all
over
After becoming a Vanprasthi Shri Girish Khosla ji has said that he will now grant more time for the children of Jeevan Prabhat and thus do justice to his new role in life.
